Training and Support

Before you open your ActionCOACH franchise you will be required to complete our four week training program and our ten day Induction training school. You will be educated on all aspects of bringing on new clients and coaching them successfully. You will cover a full range of topics including:

• Selling coaching programs with our unique 13 step process
• Marketing and lead generation using our 10 by 10 approach
• Using mindset principles to achieve breakthroughs with clients
• Using the principles of Leverage to grow your business

When you have completed the training program you will receive continuous support from us and our highly qualified staff. Every franchisee has an experienced accountability coach to support and guide you as you grow your business.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for franchisees who are confident, energetic and ready to be leaders in their business communities. Our ideal candidate loves business, is passionate about helping others and is committed to life-long learning. We look to put your business knowledge to work with our tools and systems. Self discipline and self direction are important. Strong presentation skills are a plus.
