Is there anything you wish you had done differently when starting your business?

I wish I had a mentor or a support system in place. In any business I think it's important that you learn as you go but certainly you don't want to repeat the mistakes of others that have gone before you. That's one of the best things about franchising – as a franchisee one has a support team in place and receives all the benefits of years of experience.
