Training and Support

One of the most important aspects of learning the non-medical home care business is the training you receive. At Companion Connection Senior Care, we have created a training curriculum designed to maximize your classroom time and interaction with your instructors and other members, to ensure that you receive an intensive and well rounded education in the fundamentals of operating your business.

We offer members a choice of either in intensive 4-day live training program in New York City, or a phone based interactive home study program lasting five weeks. The choice is yours depending on your needs and your time and travel constraints.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for members who are outgoing and have sales, marketing and/or management experience, and who are results oriented. Must be compassionate and have a burning desire to make a difference for seniors in your community. A person who can build relationships, and who has the motivation to learn and excel! You must have a minimum of $30K in liquid capital.
