The origins of Definitions 365, created by founder Kirk Simmons, stems from his 32 years in the fitness industry. From Definitions Personal Training [services] being introduced in 1994 to the opening of Definitions Mega Club at the premier location at LSU in 2006, Simmons has combined his passions, fitness experience, and researched-based knowledge into the Definitions 365 concept. Simmons has researched and designed his own brand of 24 hour clubs and is taking his concept nationwide to help you turn your financial dreams into reality.
