Fuddruckers operates and franchises restaurants that specialize in high-quality, upscale hamburgers cooked to order. The emphasis today is the same as it was in 1980 – we use only fresh ingredients. Our restaurants encourage guests to garnish their own entrees by providing an array of fresh produce and condiments. It’s truly the “build-your-own meal”. Our restaurants prepare beef fresh every day and feature on-premise bakeries where bread and dessert items are baked fresh daily.
Fuddruckers has developed two new facility prototypes. Our key focus will be developing the 4,500-5,500 square-foot strip center encap. This new prototype significantly reduces the franchisee investment required while improving unit economics. These endcaps units can be opened for a total investment of $850,000 to $1,000,000. Our secondary focus will be Fudds Express. These new prototypes allow us entry into unique venues such as airports, casinos and metro market storefronts.
