At Gloria Jean's Coffees, it's important to us to learn that you have what it takes to enjoy this type of business, and to be successful in it. That's why we take the time to get to know you and ensure that you are well informed about our values, brand and business systems.

No matter what your previous business experience, the Gloria Jean's Coffees training program will assist you in getting ready to open your store. As a Gloria Jean's Coffees Franchisee, you benefit from working with an experienced and well-established franchise team, with comprehensive training, and ongoing operational & marketing support.

At Gloria Jean's Coffees, we run our very own Franchise Partner Induction Program where each new Franchisee attends our Coffee University to learn the art and the business of making quality espresso coffee.

Barista Diamond, our global espresso training program, offers four levels of training to Gloria Jean's Coffees Baristas around the world to continually build and up-skill our Baristas.

Our marketing agency, 'Immersed Marketing'; are our brand guardians who are fully immersed in the Gloria Jean's Coffees business and are available to all of our Franchisees.

With support from a passionate and driven Operations Team, coupled with our award winning Franchise Support systems, you'll be part of an established brand, with all the support you require to build a rewarding business.
