Our inherently low-carb, low-starch menu features fresh, grilled skewers of USDA beef and pork, all-natural chicken, farm-raised salmon, organic tofu and fresh vegetables with your choice of our creatively-named made from scratch sauces. We also offer a variety of fresh salads, and two desserts served (you guessed it) on a stick! In addition to satisfying dine-in and take out customers, our grilled skewers also make great finger-foods for catering parties and events of all kinds.
