Welcome to our KLA Schools franchise, your opportunity to create a preschool education environment that prepares children to excel at all levels of learning and throughout their lives.

Our educational philosophy is inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach, started by lifelong educator, innovator and creative philosopher, Loris Malaguzzi, in the Italian province of Reggio Emilia after World War II.

However, it was our founders, Roberto and Candelaria "Candy" Ortega, that had the vision and resources to create a national franchise and launched the KLA Schools Franchise program in 2009. Two additional schools are scheduled to open this year with the goal of expanding this proven concept nationally.

We will plan your Grand Opening Marketing and Advertising with you. We will also be there to assist you with long-term local marketing strategies and tactics. Marketing and Advertising of your school includes:

Initial Training

KLA Schools provides over 4 weeks of classroom and onsite training before your school opens:

• Required/Recommended Bank Accounts
• Required Insurance Coverage
• Special Licenses and Permits
• Preschool Policies
• Contracting Utilities and Services
• Recommended Equipment, Supplies and Furnishings

Staffing

The recruitment and selection process of personnel is critical to the success of your KLA School.

Training for the staffing of your school includes:

• Job Descriptions
