There are currently two investment levels:
- 1. $193,150 – $246,900 for our Stand Alone Annex Model
- 2. $1,431,410 - $1,765,600 for our Hub and Annex Model which consists of three Annex facilities (between $172,650 and $226,400 each) one Hub location (between $913,460 and $1,086,400). A Hub facility is approximately 12,500+ square feet, and an Annex location is approximately 3,350+ square feet. You are able to choose the model that best suits your community and investment level.
