The Concept:

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® is not your average burrito joint. Originally created in South Beach in 2004 to meet the clamoring demands of its very stylish, health-conscious South Beach patrons, Lime quickly became a South Beach sensation with a loyal following of locals, tourists, and celebrities such as Hulk Hogan, Brooke Hogan, Rod Steward, Padma Lakshmi, Matt Damon, Owen Wilson, and Jay-Z.

As Lime expands, it has never lost sight of its fresh focus. Lime turns up the heat with its made-to order fresh-Mexican cuisine prepared in-house daily, and its ever-popular homemade salsa bar with over 50 variations of hot sauces.

All Lime locations have fresh produce delivered daily from local markets, and its meats are charbroiled on grills in an exhibition-style kitchen. Lime also maintains the lowest amount of food needed every day to eliminate waste and ensure that all food is prepared fresh daily. Guests also have the option of making their meal with whole wheat, multi-grain or low-carb items. Lime is best known for its 50 variations of hot sauces and its signature homemade salsa bar, consisting of six salsas.

Lime has set a new industry standard for the fast-casual, fresh-Mexican segment with its high-end décor and casual-style atmosphere with the fast-casual convenience. Lime is outfitted with Chicago brick and hammered copper countertops, and earth-tone faux-finish walls adorned with custom dark hard-wood trim and hanging lime baskets. Our atmosphere is trendy, just like our guests, and we believe getting fresh isn't just another saying- but a way of life.

FRANCHISE FEES:

Total Investment:

• The total estimated initial investment (does not include real estate) is approximately $544,000 to $730,000 (per unit).
• Franchise Fee is $30,000
• Royalty Fee is 6% of gross sales
• Promotional Fee is 1.5% of gross sales that you remit to Lime Fresh Mexican Grill®
• Spending 1% of overall sales toward promoting your business is required

Term of Franchise Agreement:

The initial term for a Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® franchise agreement is 10 years, plus renewal.

Franchise Training:

The initial training period provided to a new Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® franchisee is five to seven weeks.

Financing:

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® does not offer direct or indirect financing, nor does Lime guarantee your notes, leases or other obligations. Obtaining financing for your franchised Lime Fresh Mexican Grill® restaurant is one of the steps that you will need to complete on your own.
