Training and support
At MAACO we believe that quality training and support is not just the foundation of a strong business, but it is also the corner stone of a successful MAACO auto service franchise. As a MAACO franchisee you will receive the following training and support:
- An outstanding four-week training program which blends classroom with in-the-field and on-the-job training focusing on all the aspects of owning and operating a MAACO auto repair franchise. This will include the MAACO franchise system, advertising and marketing, merchandising and POS system, lead control, estimating, sales and management training, forecast and profit/margin control, wholesale and national account B2B training.
- A minimum of four weeks in-store post grand opening training and support focusing on the MAACO operating system with you and your employees. You will not be alone during this critical time, your MAACO family will be with you through every step.
- Additional new center training and oversight up to 12 months that blends in-store training with constant support and availability of Operating System experts to help you achieve profitability, quality and sales targets by focusing on the management and process of the operating system in your store.
