Next Steps

Starting a Move Cheap® Franchise is a 7-step Process:

Can you tell me something about your business that sets you apart from your competition?

Move Cheap is a unique business model that provides an affordable way to enter into the moving industry as compared to other franchises. As a Move Cheap owner, you provide moving labor services as well as retail sales of moving supplies and truck rental through U-Haul. This allows you to enter the industry without having to buy trucks and without having to deal with many of the typical regulations associated with the industry because you are not driving the trucks - the customer is. You're packing and loading for them and saving them substantial dollars over traditional full-service moving companies. Essentially, Move Cheap rents a truck to a customer and supplies the movers and the customers saves money. Another unique aspect of the Move Cheap business model is that franchisees are awarded large territories, which allows them to open multiple units within their territory without additional franchise fees.
