Training and Support

Consistent and outstanding service relies on selecting the right franchise operators for each area, and equipping them with extensive training and ongoing support. For this reason, we require you to successfully complete our 1 week intensive "Priceless Performers Certification" training program before you take the reins of a Priceless Performers franchise. You'll receive instruction on all areas of operations, from a thorough review of the Operations Manual to hands-on training in our certified Training locations.

The program also addresses hiring and managing staff, local advertising and promotional tools, accounting procedures, and delivering our commitment to students. Once you have completed the training and are ready to start, our Operations Group will also be there to guide you through those first critical days of business.

Ideal Candidate

• You must have a desire to win.
• You must have a positive attitude, love children, excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, and most importantly, you must enjoy people and assist ing people.
• You must be self-motivated, confident and show the ability to work as a team member and work within the framework of the Priceless Performers operating system.
• Although Priceless Performers may be started part-time, you must be prepared to devote a moderate amount of attention to the business on a day-to-day basis.
• You must meet the financial criteria.
• No prior dance experience necessary.

For prior or current dancers or dance teachers this opportunity may provide an income from teaching as well from owning your own studio.
