Tacoma Energy's model has been thoroughly tested. We built and refined our model to ensure as much success by the franchisee's as possible. During this period we implemented several programs in new and existing home markets. In our first roll out in Columbus, Ohio we started at 0 and completed over 1000 home energy assessments and energy audits in 2011. This number will vary depending on your market size, the franchisee's work ethic and ability to convey in a very clear and simple message to the customer about their home energy needs.

Training

We will train you in every opportunity our staff has encountered over their 40 years of combined experience. Our staff and trainers will educate you thru their experience in new home construction, existing home retro-fit and home energy performance. All of our trainers are BPI, RESNET, Green Rater, CHER and Level I or II certified Thermographer. Some of our staff members developed and built one the largest Energy Auditing Company's in the United States. It will be thru their experience and expertise that you will be trained with this proven business process.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for franchise owners who are outgoing and have sales, marketing, and/or management experience, and who are results oriented. A person who can build relationships, lead a team, and who has the motivation to excel! You must have a minimum of $20k in liquid capital, and be ready to make a full-time commitment.
