Michele Scotto, founder of Villa Pizza, set out to realize his dream by adhering to the time honored cooking processes and authentic recipes of the Old World. This, coupled with genuine hospitality and a strict devotion to preparing products every day with the freshest possible ingredients would become the driving force behind Villa's success.

Over the years Villa has expanded its portfolio to include both Quick Service and Full Service offer­ings all of which embrace the "Made Fresh Daily" philosophy set forth by Michele many years ago. In addition to our experience, this expansion has added to the strength and depth of our organiza­tion which we successfully leverage to benefit our franchisees.

Training & Support

As a franchisor with over 300 locations – and counting – we have a high awareness of industry trends as well as an understanding of what needs to happen at the store level on a day-to-day basis to succeed.

Helping You Get Started:

• Site Selection
  Villa can assist you in securing a new site or provide research on a site you propose. We also provide site selection training to help you identify the most opportunistic locations.
• Lease Negotiation
  Our leasing team is here to assist you with your lease negotiations.
• Restaurant Design
  Our design and construction department provides you with guidance from drawings to the final punch list. Every Villa restaurant has a carefully planned contemporary design that offers guests a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
• Villa University
  Villa University provides 3 weeks of intensive hands on training at our national training facility. You, your manager and any operating partners will be trained in all aspects of running a Villa Enterprises restaurant.
• Equipment Ordering
  We streamline the process for obtaining equipment to make it quick and easy, and pass our negotiated savings on to you.
• Total Support
  From the day you sign the franchise agreement a Franchise Operations Consultant (FOC) is available to help and guide you through any process of opening your restaurant as well as operating the business thereafter.
