Master Regional Distributor (MRD)

• Passive income opportunity with option to become active.
• 21 US MRD Exclusive Territories of populations between 10-15 Million.
• License fee per region: $300,000 (can be licensed in increments of $100,000).
• Premium Member Access.
• Passive income option: YTR will allocate the license fee specifically for Google marketing and advertising and the balance for operations, national infomercial and weekly seminars in MRD territory.
• YTR will facilitate entire sales process and expenses associated for weekly webinar and seminars under MRD oversight.
• 10% Gross royalty override is paid to MRD.
• Brokerage commission for every trade made by client who opens up trading account with recommended independent broker TotallyFX (NFA licensing may be required to be eligible for trading commissions).
• 15% Gross monthly membership revenue reinvested by YTR for continued marketing & advertising in MRD exclusive territory.
• Active income option: 70% membership sales, 30% monthly room fees plus brokerage.
• 10% override on any Distributor membership sales in exclusive territory.
• Equity ownership through 5 year option to trailing brokerage at 4X times multiple.
