Park Ridge, Ill. – Houlihan’s of Park Ridge has ample good reason to celebrate its one-year milestone. During one of the most challenging economic climates for restaurants, local fans embraced the progressive concept wholeheartedly to help catapult it into the company’s Top 10 locations throughout the country.

One year ago, Houlihan’s arrived in Park Ridge offering residents bold, unique flavors in a trendy, hip setting. Today, following a year of success and record-breaking sales for the Houlihan’s concept, the restaurant is celebrating its success with a series of deals and giveaways to honor the community for its support.

On Tuesday, September 28 Houlihan’s has invited the 25 members of their email club who have a birthday that falls on the same day as the restaurant’s to come to Houlihan’s for a special celebration. In addition to a free birthday entree, that’s a standard perk of being a club member, Houlihan’s will provide the lucky locals with a $25 gift certificate for a future visit to Houlihan’s.

\"We want to get as many people celebrating birthdays under one roof as possible,\" said Joe Dydio, general manager of the Park Ridge Houlihan’s. \"We are ecstatic about our success and want to offer specials as a thank you to our loyal customers.\"

Houilhan’s has made sure not to forget those born on the other 364 days of the year; so in celebration of the restaurant’s 1 year anniversary, the restaurant will offer $1 shrooms, sliders and frites from 3-6 p.m. along with $1 Mini Desserts, Well Drinks, Bud Light and Miller Lite Drafts all day. All Bacardi drinks will be $3.65 and everyone is \"gonna sip Bacardi like it’s their birthday\", according to 50 Cent.

In addition to the special offers, Houlihan’s of Park Ridge is presenting one lucky person with free Houlihan’s for a year. The first 365 people through the door will be qualified to enter the drawing.
