This is the fourth consecutive year that Batteries Plus has received this honor. The annual list put together by Inc. magazine represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy – America’s independent-minded entrepreneurs. Batteries Plus ranked #2645 on this year’s list, up from #3143 in 2009 and #4010 in 2008. \"This ranking is attributed to the hard work and success of our franchise owners and the dedication they have to their business,\" said Russ Reynolds, CEO of Batteries Plus. \"Batteries Plus continues to be the local battery expert, answering all the battery needs for consumers and businesses across America.\" The 2010 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2006 through 2009. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based and privately held, for profit, independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies — as of December 31, 2009.
