Cincinnati, OH, — Buffalo Wings & Rings, the fastest-growing, privately held restaurant franchise in the nation, is poised for more record-breaking growth in 2009 as it prepares for the grand opening of the restaurant’s new international training center and corporate headquarters, both in Cincinnati, OH.

The Buffalo Wings & Rings International Training Center, located in the Eastgate Mall, will serve as the restaurant training facility for all franchisees across the globe. It is also the 43rd location for the restaurant chain. The grand opening of the restaurant will be held on Wednesday, November 5, and on Monday, November 3, Buffalo Wings & Rings will host a VIP event during which restaurant leadership will present a donation to the Council on Child Abuse of Southern Ohio. The restaurant will serve the popular Buffalo Wings & Rings Buffalo-style wings soaked in savory sauces along with juicy new Boneless Wings and a host of other menu favorites: Hot Garlic Sloppy Fries, Saratoga Chips, Curly-Q French Fries, award-winning hamburgers, moist chicken sandwiches, tasty pulled pork sandwiches and an assortment of refreshing salads.

The new corporate headquarters for Buffalo Wings & Rings, located just a few miles from the new training center, is 8,000 square feet – twice the size of the franchise’s former headquarters. The new headquarters will serve as the home for the restaurant chain’s executive leadership, marketing and franchise support, operations and other key central functions for the company.

"Buffalo Wings & Rings has engineered tremendous growth and transformation in 2008," said Philip Schram, CEO and president. "In July, Restaurant Business recognized us as the fastest-growing restaurant chain in the nation by ranking us at the top of their ‘Future 50’ list. Our new corporate headquarters and our state-of-the-art training center create a solid foundation for us to grow and prosper in 2009 and beyond."

The Buffalo Wings & Rings International Training Center will enable franchisees to undergo comprehensive training on everything there is to know about America’s fastest-growing restaurant chain. The six-week, six-days-a-week intensive training course employs demonstration-style kitchens and closed-circuit televisions that will enable Buffalo Wings & Rings leadership to monitor a training session’s progress. Experienced Buffalo Wings & Rings employees will shadow the trainees at all times to ensure guests at the Eastgate Mall location enjoy a high-quality dining experience.

Despite challenging economic times, Buffalo Wings & Rings plans to open an additional 25 restaurants in 2009, focusing on strong growth areas – from the Great Lakes to Florida, across the Sun Belt and along the West Coast.

"Buffalo Wings & Rings offers value to people who want a high-quality meal but are still watching their wallets," reflected Schram. "Our wings are fresh – never frozen – and our prices are suited to everyone from the cost-conscious sports fan to the family on a budget."
