CLOCKWORK HOME SERVICES® PROMOTES JOE MASCETTI TO VICE PRESIDENT OF RETAIL OPERATIONS ON THE EAST COAST

SARASOTA, FL -- Clockwork Home Services, Inc. (Clockwork), one of North America’s fastest growing operators of home services franchises, today announced the promotion of Joe Mascetti to Vice President of Retail Operations on the East Coast. Mr. Mascetti will continue to be based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and will work with the following company-owned franchises: One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® in Myrtle Beach, SC; Avon, OH; and Nashville, TN; and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® in Nashville, TN.

In his new capacity, Mr. Mascetti will continue to serve as the General Manager of Myrtle Beach’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®. Myrtle Beach One Hour was acquired by Clockwork in June 2007. Mr. Mascetti has worked at Myrtle Beach’s One Hour for the last twelve years, and, under his leadership, helped the company realize double digit annual sales growth.
