CiCi's Pizza to open restaurant in North Carolina

A unique pizza franchise will soon have a brand new location in North Carolina, according to a recent announcement.

CiCi's Pizza said in a statement that it has opened its first restaurant in Salisbury, giving the first 100 customers at the restaurant one free pizza buffet per month over the next year, along with the purchase of an adult buffet. The franchise prides itself on variety, with 20 different pizzas, pasta, salads, desserts and soups.

The free pizza wasn't the only promotion that the franchise gave to residents. Throughout the community, CiCi's placed promotional wallets with coupons for free buffets inside.

"CiCi's endless buffet offers so many choices, there's something for everyone in the community, and for every family member to enjoy," said franchisee Mark Hattrich. "We offer a fun environment for families with our 'Pizza Making Tours' where kids can personally create, prepare and bake their own pizza, perfect for birthday or team parties, youth programs and class field trips."

In South Carolina, tax payers recently footed part of the bill for a new CiCi's franchise in Columbia, WACH reports. City lawmakers hope that bringing CiCi's to the city will attract other businesses.
