Franchise Experts to Help Ease Pain of the Country’s Frustrated Computer Users with Aggressive Expansion Plan for Tech Services Chain

Waco, TX – Tapping into the power of franchising, NerdsToGo, a residential computer services and small business technology solutions company, today announced a partnership with the Findley Group, the Waco, Texas-based, leading franchise development company. Led by Gary Findley, the former President of Curves International who was responsible for taking the chain from just a handful to several thousand units worldwide, the Findley Group sees great potential in NerdsToGo because of its distinguishing approach to customer service, a major differentiator between it and the big box chains.

NerdsToGo currently offers two different types of franchises to accommodate entrepreneurs looking to break in to the computer service industry. With an Owner Operator franchise, the franchisee provides computer support themselves, and is not required to hire any additional technicians. The second form, the Executive Model, enables the franchisee to hire at least two technicians, and provide a NerdsToGo branded vehicle. Both franchising options include comprehensive training and ongoing corporate support, including human resources help, marketing support, and a 24-hour customer service call center.
