Grins 2 Go® Photography Franchise Organization focuses on child safety day![]() Posted on October 06, 2008 by Pete Kosowski Local communities benefit from national programSan Diego, California — October brings the Grins 2 Go® Kids’ Watch month, an annual campaign sponsored by the Grins 2 Go® photography franchise units. Free Child ID/fingerprint kits along with photos are distributed to parents at Kids’ Watch Day in various different locations around the nation. Grins 2 Go® franchise owners select the time, place and a local business to conduct the Kids’ Watch. Emphasis is placed on being in the local community with an established business partner to encourage the neighborhood to proactively take responsibility for the safety and welfare of its children. "Even in these economic times, Grins 2 Go® has dedicated the resources for Kids’ Watch," states Venu Babla, Vice-President of the franchise organization, Grins 2 Go, Inc. "It’s a commitment we’ve made as a franchise organization to tackle the safety of our community’s children." The company goal is to impact over 1000 children and families in local communities where there are Grins 2 Go® units. With the Grins® Child ID Kit, parents can document the child’s identifying information, record fingerprints with the handy ink strip and attach updated photos taken by Grins 2 Go®. This ID kit becomes a vital document for law enforcement agencies to help track down a missing child. According to the U.S. Department of Justice (www.missingkids.com) there are an average of 2185 children reported missing each day.
