HUNTINGTON LEARNING CENTER APPOINTS NEW CEO

Oradell, NJ - Huntington Learning Center, the premier provider of supplemental education services, announced today that Dzana Homan has been appointed CEO.

Ms. Homan joins Huntington from Futurekids, Inc., a premier provider of technology assessment, professional development and technology curriculum for leading schools, universities and learning centers across the U.S. and in 65 countries around the world. At Futurekids, Ms. Homan served as president and CEO from 2003 to 2008 and in a number of key management roles from 1996 to 2003, including VP of international company-owned operations, director of special projects, VP of operations (Los Angeles) and managing director (Los Angeles).

Ms. Homan joins Huntington from Futurekids, Inc., a premier provider of technology assessment, professional development and technology curriculum for leading schools, universities and learning centers across the U.S. and in 65 countries around the world. At Futurekids, Ms. Homan served as president and CEO from 2003 to 2008 and in a number of key management roles from 1996 to 2003, including VP of international company-owned operations, director of special projects, VP of operations (Los Angeles) and managing director (Los Angeles).

During her tenure at Futurekids, Ms. Homan repositioned the company as a global leader in educational technology products, solutions, services and printed and online content by reengineering the company's operations, sales, marketing and international business models. She drove the company's development of partnerships with technology leaders such as Intel, IBM, Microsoft, Dell and Lenovo. Ms. Homan is a graduate of New Mexico State University and University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
