They are as follows:1. Dallas, Texas 2. Houston, Texas 3. Atlanta, Georgia 4. Denver, Colorado 5. Fort Worth, Texas 6. San Antonio, Texas 7. Charlotte, North Carolina 8. St. Louis, Missouri 9. Milwaukee, Wisconsin 10.
