One of the most successful Mathnasium franchisees is Venkat Manda in Kansas City, Kansas. She said that she took pride in providing a learning environment for kids.

"Our intent is to get kids confident and familiar with math," Venkat said in an interview with Kansas City Infozine. "One of our goals is to eliminate the 'I'm not a math person' fear.We try to make it fun. We have games. We have an open environment. The environment is important."
