Richard & Veronica Novicki, Winston Salem-Concord, NC – Rick brings a wealth of experience from many industries beginning in the United States Navy as an Electronics Technician. He spent 12 years as an installer, troubleshooter and district field supervisor working with high-end electronic security, fire detection CCTV and industrial supervisory systems. For 6 years he traveled globally as a field service engineer for FL Smidth. Since 1993, he has been self-employed as a building inspector. Ricks versatile background is a perfect fit for MonitorClosely.com.

Allan Capati, Central Illinois – Allan will be managing the MonitorClosely.com Central Illinois territory. He brings many years of experience in business management and marketing. He has studied small business administration and International business at Bradley University.

Steve Fuson, Albuquerque North – Steve brings 19 years of finance, legal and technical experience to his MonitorClosely.com franchise. He has a Masters Degree in Finance and a graduate certificate in legal studies. Steve has worked in law firms, government & small business consulting in security & electronics, contract management compliance, Enviro-Soxa, HIPAA- US Patrios Act, PCI-CC, Intellectual Property, Risk Management and assessment planning. His experience makes him an asset to the MonitorClosely.com franchise family.

Toshua Wade, Cincinnati Northwest – Toshua is a native of Hamilton, OH. She attended the University of Cincinnati receiving a B.A. of Arts and Sciences. Toshua has spent the last 14 years as a General Manager of a well-known national food chain. She brings the knowledge of solid management to produce quality products through impeccable customer service. She and her staff are committed to uphold these standards based on honesty and integrity.
