Mike comes to MonitorClosely.com's with over 10 years of experience in the information technology industry and the telecommunication business including Workstation & Networks Upgrades, Workstation Integration/Migration, knowledge of wireless (802.11), OSI layers 1 through layer 3, TCP/IP addressing, Connectivity Issues, Voip, Voicemail, IVR, and ACD Systems. Mikes education includes Certified Network Administrator (CNA), A+Certified, Network+ and he is also a USAF Veteran.
