Minneapolis, MN - NOVUS Glass, the inventor of windshield repair, welcomes their newest franchisee Dante Brown of Bryans Road, MD, to their NOVUS Franchise Network. Dante is proud to be serving the DMV area by providing superior glass service with a focus on the highest level of customer care. Before deciding to open a NOVUS Glass Repair and Replacement business Dante worked in the restaurant industry managing national restaurant chain establishments. Dante has true leadership skills which has been shown through his ability to manage and grow his restaurant's profits and personnel. With over 17 years of management experience Dante knew he had the right qualifications to start a business on his own.

Looking for a business that would fit his skill set and business philosophy, Dante found a perfect match with NOVUS Glass. He was familiar with the solid brand reputation and quality work NOVUS provides their customers. A family focused business was also very important to Dante. When asked why Dante wanted to open a NOVUS Franchise he stated,"by owning and operating my own business I can control my own destiny and secure my families future." Brother in law Rolando Coleman will be assisting Dante with the day to day operations of the business. A mechanic by trade, Rolando maintained vehicles in the US Military. He has a vast amount of technical experience and will be a great asset to Dante's NOVUS business.

Dante will provide his customers quality auto glass service that they can count on. A fully functional mobile business, Dante will meet customers anywhere that is convenient for them.

He looks forward to developing sound relationships with his customers by satisfying their needs and ensuring the best possible service experience. Dante wants customers to rest assured that they will be dealing with professional and courteous NOVUS Representatives who understands the nuisance of windshield damage and looks forward to making the process as hassle free as possible.

Hours of operation are from 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday.
