PIZZA INN, INC. PROMOTES MADISON JOBE TO SVP AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Chain also announces hiring of Dino Chavez as Director of Franchise Development

The Colony, Texas -- Pizza Inn, Inc., (NASDAQ:PZZI) today announced the promotion of Madison Jobe to the position of Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Madison previously served as the company's Vice President of Development since 2009. In his expanded role, he will be responsible for leading the chains corporate operations, field franchise operations support, construction, as well as continue to oversee new franchise development. In addition to his strong background in franchise development, Madison adds a depth of operations and new store development from his experiences with Whataburger, Red Robin and Shakey's Pizza.

The chain also announced today the hiring of Dino Chavez to the position of Director of Franchise Development, reporting directly to Madison Jobe.

Mr. Chavez is an experienced franchise development executive with over 25 years of progressive franchise operations and development experience with large restaurant chains including Sbarro's, Fuddruckers, Chuck E Cheese Pizza, and MooYah Burgers.
