How was your franchise/opportunity originally conceived and started?
Meanwhile in the USA Chip Reaves had built a small business-focused IT firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He came across the Computer Troubleshooters Australia website in its early stages, and began discussions on bringing the concept to the US. This was the beginning of Computer Troubleshooters Global, which now spans 27 countries and over 450 locations.
