Lee Vala said that the new potential markets included Central and South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe, as long as they could get the right people involved. "We have the economic and operational resources to successfully launch and expand internationally," Vala said in an interview with the news source. "Now it's a matter of being able to find those right partners. Clearly the markets are important, but what's more important is the master franchisee that you're going to pair yourself with." The franchise was in the news recently when it was announced that it would be returning for another year of service to the Vanderbuilt campus. The Vanderbuilt Hustler reports that the though there had been questions as to whether it would return, the restaurant would indeed be there next year.
