RIGHT AT HOME HIRES JAY DURMASKIN, DIRECTOR OF FRANCHISE STANDARDS AND COMPLIANCE

National In-Home Care Leader Hires Industry Veteran to Head Division Dedicated to Increased Franchisee Support Omaha, NERight at Home, a leading national provider of in-home companion and personal care to seniors and others, has hired Jay Durmaskin as Director of Franchise Standards and Compliance. In the newly created role, Durmaskin is responsible for maintaining Right at Home’s high service standards and enhancing quality throughout Right at Home’s franchise system, which includes more than 150 offices across the United States. More than 20 years of work experience in Greater Omaha, most recently with Bellevue-based CSSS.NET, highlights Durmaskin’s professional career. He has also worked in the in-home care industry, holding a similar post to his new role at Right at Home.

A graduate of the famed Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania, Durmaskin has worked in the technology, advertising and human resources fields, as well as the in-home care industry. In addition, his personal life is tightly connected to senior care. During his childhood, Durmaskin’s father owned and operated two long-term care facilities in Wichita, Kansas.

"I am familiar with the needs of those working in and being served by this industry," said Durmaskin. "As Right at Home’s new director of franchise standards and compliance, I am thrilled to maintain and enhance the quality of our service to meet the needs of our growing franchise system and customer base."

Durmaskin and his wife of 27 years, Julie, an Omaha native, reside in Omaha. They have two children.

Right at Home offers in-home companion and personal care and assistance to seniors and disabled adults who want to continue to live independently. Select offices provide light skilled nursing as well. Right at Home directly employs all caregiving staff, each of whom are thoroughly screened, trained, bonded and insured prior to entering a client’s home. All ongoing care is monitored and supervised by local independent franchisees. Right at Home’s national office is based in Omaha, NE with franchise offices throughout the United States.
