Re-Bath Corporation Receives World-Class Franchise Certification From The Franchise Research Institute For The Fourth Time

Lincoln, NE - Re-Bath, the world's largest bathroom remodeler, has received World-Class Franchise® Certification by the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®.

The recognition comes after an independent survey by the Franchise Research Institute of more than 78% of the Re-Bath franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with their franchisor and other feedback on the Re-Bath franchise system.

"Re-Bath understands the importance of unbiased, third-party research to gauge how their franchisees rate the support and assistance provided," said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. "We congratulate them on their continued World-Class Certification and also the outstanding scores they received from their franchisees."

The survey asked Re-Bath franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions regarding overall growth potential, quality, support, communication and other areas.

The results, according to Johnson, show that Re-Bath has an enthusiastic, energetic franchisee community of which 98 percent graded the 'quality of products and/or services' received from the franchisor as positive.

According to the FranSurvey system, Re-Bath also achieved a positive rating from 91 percent of its franchise network for 'ongoing training and support.'

"It takes a quality franchise system to achieve this high level of results," added Johnson.

For Steve Adams, franchise development officer of Re-Bath, the results reinforce that decisions made at the corporate level are, in fact, helping franchisees build strong businesses, despite the economic environment.

"It is very important for us to know what our franchisees think about us and that's why we conduct this survey on a regular basis," said Adams, "We are very proud of the fact that we have a solid franchise community. We feel like we are doing a lot of the right things to help them grow and to have third party validation of that is very valuable."
