Say Aloha (Again) to the Second Maui Wowi Hawaiian and Doc Popcorn Co-Marketing Location in Portage, Michigan

Greenwood Village, Colo. - Maui Wowi Hawaiian, a Denver-based coffee and smoothie franchisor and Doc Popcorn, a Boulder, Colorado-based retailer and producer of all-natural flavored popcorn, will open their second joint-marketing location in Michigan. Scott Suryan, owner/operator of the new Maui Wowi and Doc Popcorn location opened the new pilot store at the Crossroads Mall in the mall's former Cinnabon location.

This newest location opened November 27th, Black Friday - just in time for the busy holiday season. Suryan is the latest franchisee, and the second in Michigan to test the concept across Maui Wowi Hawaiian and Doc Popcorn's varied business models. The first Michigan co-marketing location opened earlier this month at the Lakes Mall in Muskegon.

"The response is overwhelming!" says Suryan. "The demand is there, as is evident in the success of the Muskegon location, now it is time for the Crossroads Mall to show the industry how Maui Wowi and Doc Popcorn are shaking up the food and beverage industry."

Earlier this year, Maui Wowi Hawaiian and Doc Popcorn, a Boulder, Colorado-based retailer and producer of all-natural flavored popcorn signed a national co-marketing agreement to test the concept throughout the Maui Wowi Hawaiian franchise system.
