Scary good Halloween promotions can help franchisees![]() Posted on October 25, 2010 by Stacey Fousse The Halloween season is a great opportunity for franchises to take advantage new promotional opportunities. People from all parts of the country revel in the act of dressing up and getting scared, and will often seek out offers from brands that highlight the Halloween season. One of the most popular pizza franchises, Domino's, recently announced a promotion that seeks to give customers ideas for costumes this season. By logging on to the franchise's Facebook page, fans will be able to get unique ideas for costumes and find out about cost-saving innovations. "Ordering dinner from Domino's Pizza gives families and trick-or-treaters one less thing to worry about on Halloween," said Chris Brandon, spokesperson for Domino's Pizza. "Domino's will take care of delivering dinner while everyone puts last minute touches on their pizza slice costume before heading out to trick-or-treat." No matter what kind of franchise or what time of year, holiday promotions are often important for franchises to increase sales at strategic times. Many brands will do their biggest sales of the year on holidays and the weeks prior.
