Sports Image®, a leader in the high school sports marketing industry, announced that it has awarded its ninth overall franchise to Mac & Julia Yocum of Frankfort, KY. With their two exclusive territories in Kentucky, the Yocums join seven other existing franchises in seven different states awarded by Sports Image® in just its fifteenth month of franchising. \"The Yocums represent the Sports Image® brand to its fullest,\" said Mr. Eric Horstman, President of Sports Image®. "They are very worthy of this second franchise. Many organizations in Kentucky have already greatly benefitted because of their execution of the Sports Image® systems.\" \"Our first franchise gave us a first-hand opportunity to see how much of an impact we can have directly on schools,\" stated Mac Yocum. \"We are looking forward to reaching even more schools throughout Northern and Eastern Kentucky now.\" A more animated Julia adds, \"Once the adrenaline rush from giving schools equipment and money gets in us, we just want to do it more. We're so excited to be getting to connect with more schools and communities in our home state!\" \"We’ve been in business for 10 years helping schools and organizations but just recently turned our model into a registered franchise opportunity in the summer of 2009.\" said Mr. Horstman. \"We are on pace to have 12 franchises operating across the country by the end of 2010.\" Since 2002, Sports Image® has been helping high schools and other grassroots organizations to obtain state-of-the-art equipment and much needed revenue for their athletic programs as budgets are drying up nationwide. Through its’ unique sports marketing concepts and existing relationships, Sports Image® has given over $600,000 in cash and over $7,500,000 in equipment to schools and organizations in the United States and in Canada.
