Stevi B’s Hires Seth Salzman Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations

Atlanta-based Family Pizza Chain Bolsters Operations with Industry Veteran

Marietta, Georgia – Stevi B’s, America’s leading value-oriented family pizza buffet franchise concept, has hired Seth Salzman as senior vice president of Corporate Operations. In his new role, Salzman is responsible for all aspects of operations and the operations of the five corporately owned restaurants.

"With Seth we are getting a restaurant veteran with a proven track record and someone who we can count on to provide great support internally," said Bruce Kolbinsky, senior vice president of Franchise Operations for Stevi B’s. "He brings a new level of expertise to the organization."

Prior to joining Stevi B’s, Salzman spent more than seven years as a founding partner of Raving Brands, launching its marquee restaurant concept Moe’s Southwest Grill. He served as senior vice president and chief brand head for the brand. In addition, Salzman’s tenure at Raving Brands included brand development and operations of Boneheads Piri Piri Chicken and Fish, The Flying Biscuit Café, and Monkey Joe’s. Earlier in his career, he worked as the regional training manager for Bertucci’s Brick Oven Pizza, and corporate senior manager with Steak & Ale Restaurants.

Salzman earned his BA degree in hotel and restaurant management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. He is involved with several charities including America’s Kitchen Foundation, The Scholarship House, The Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Program and others.
