Successful business owner to address female entrepreneurs

One of the most successful female entrepreneurs will soon give a speech to international business professional on the island of Cyprus during a franchising conference.

At the Franchising Regional Conference, Rosemarie Hartnett will speak those in attendance with a speech entitled, "Empowering Women through Franchise Ownership." Hartnett will speak about how franchising can give women from all backgrounds a new sense of independence and remove gender barriers standing in their way. In addition to her keynote address, Hartnett will also host a workshop called "Developing Leadership Skills in Women."

“I am so excited and honored to have the opportunity to address women about issues that are near and dear to me personally – specifically women’s empowerment, leadership and franchising., Hartnett said. "I have devoted my professional life to building successful educational programs for children through franchising. I sincerely hope that my story will inspire others to take a chance and step into an arena that will put them in control of their own futures."

Female professionals can often find just as much, if not more,successes than their male counterparts. By using skills to appeal to other women, female franchise owners can take big steps to finally breaking the proverbial glass ceiling.
