WACO, Texas – (July 2, 2009) – The Dwyer Group was recently recognized as a leader in ethical business practices and named a finalist for the 2009 Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award.

The Greater Dallas Business Ethics Award honors companies in the Dallas community that demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical business practices in everyday operations, management philosophies and responses to crises or challenges.

Twenty-four companies were nominated, and nine were named finalists. The awards were presented by the Dallas Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, the Financial Planning Association of Dallas/Fort Worth, the Edwin L. Cox School of Business and Cary M. Maguire Center for Ethics and Responsibility of Southern Methodist University and the North Texas Ethics and Character Association.
