The Franchise Research Institute Names Roberta Marcantonio to Its Executive Team

Lincoln, NE - The franchise Research Institute, established to study and promote high standards of excellence throughout the franchise industry, has named Roberta Marcantonio as a consultant to the executive team.

\"We are excited to have Roberta join our team,\" said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of franchise Research Institute. \"As an executive with over twenty years of franchise experience in sales, operational leadership and business operations, she will serve an integral role in helping to grow the institute.\"

Marcantonio brings 15 years of experience with the Spherion Corporation as vice president of market expansion in the franchise division and vice president of business transformation and business systems. As a consultant to the franchise Research Institute executive team, she will oversee the market expansion efforts of the company.

Marcantonio has firsthand experience with the franchise Research Institute’s proprietary system and utilized the FranSurvey® program while at Spherion.

In addition to her consulting role, Marcantonio will remain a managing partner with M&T Concepts LLC, a franchise consulting company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

\"Roberta brings a valuable perspective as a prior user of the survey,\" said Johnson. \"In addition, she’s a managing partner with M&T Concepts, so the Institute is also gaining the support and experience of her consulting company as well.\"

Marcantonio is a graduate from the University of Tennessee.
