![]() The Interface Financial Group receives World-Class Franchise certification from The Franchise Research Institute for the fifth consecutive year![]() Posted on July 08, 2010 by Suzanne Musial Lincoln, NE - The Interface Financial Group (IFG), North America's largest alternative funding source for small business, has received World-Class Franchise® certification by the Franchise Research Institute® and FranSurvey®. With more than 150 franchise locations in six countries, IFG has received World-Class certification for the fifth year in a row. The results are based on an independent survey of IFG franchisees to determine their level of satisfaction with and other feedback on the IFG franchise system. The Franchise Research Institute conducts the survey using its proprietary FranSurvey system. "Understanding the importance of knowing what a franchisee thinks, through confidential surveys, is paramount to building successful franchise brands," said Jeff Johnson, founder and CEO of the Franchise Research Institute. "As they have done for the past five years, The Interface Financial Group has relied on unbiased, third-party research as the most accurate way to obtain honest feedback from their franchisees, allowing them to identify what is and is not working within their system." The survey asked IFG franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions regarding overall growth potential, quality, support, communication and other areas. The results, according to Johnson, show that IFG has an enthusiastic, energetic franchisee community. "When new franchisees were asked to rate the quality of 'initial training and initial opening support', 100 percent rated these important programs highly" said Johnson. "These are first-hand reviews straight from the franchisees." For David Banfield, president of IFG, the results validate that Interface franchisees are pleased with the decisions made at the corporate level. "We see our 'World Class' status as not only an endorsement for the franchise but also and equally as important as recognition of all of our franchisees," said Banfield. "They are a major component in what makes Interface a 'World Class' opportunity." IFG joins the following companies who have received "World-Class Franchise" recognition in the past year: Alphagraphics, Auntie Anne's, Brightstar, City Wide, CMIT Solutions, ComForCare Senior Services, Comfort Keepers, Compound Profit, Express Employment Professionals, Express Oil Change & Service Center, Fibrenew, The Goddard School, Great Harvest Bread, Liquid Capital, Money Mailer, Mosquito Squad, Re-Bath, Speedpro Imaging, Spherion and Spring Green Lawn Care.
