Ken will be conducting home and environmental inspection services in the Tacoma, Washington area for home sellers, home buyers and real estate professionals.

Ken Colvin joins the WIN franchise network already established across North America with over 186 locations nationwide; he entered WIN Home Inspection after completing intensive business and technical training at WIN headquarters in Seattle, WA. He brings 25 years experience in Residential Maintenance and Repair as well as 12 years experience in commercial construction and 16 years as a homebuilder to the industry. Upon graduating from the Professional Association of Building Inspectors (PABI) Training Institute-- with over 145 credited hours of Residential Inspection Procedures and Technical--Ken became a member of both the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and the Pierce County Association of Realtors.
