WSI Internet Marketing Expert Educates Local SMBs in Missouri![]() Posted on October 16, 2008 by Pete Kosowski WSI, the world’s leading provider of Internet marketing solutions, conducted an Internet Marketing Summit this past weekend drawing almost 100 local business owners. Ron Adelman, a certified Internet Marketing Consultant and owner of a WSI office in St. Louis, presented at the seminar discussing key principles for succeeding on the Web. This event, which was sponsored by the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) St. Louis and the American Marketing Association (AMA), covered all areas of Internet marketing, including search engine marketing, pay-per-click, social marketing and permission based email marketing. The WSI event also featured other keynote speakers who shared their expertise in email marketing and social media. Ron Adelman, WSI Internet Consultant, says, "WSI’s goal is to equip the local SMB market with the knowledge and tools needed to profit on the Internet. Nowadays, it’s not enough to just put up a website. In order to survive in the online space, businesses need to establish and implement an effective Internet marketing strategy. Through our series of summits, we want to help local business owners understand the value and benefits of a results-driven Internet marketing system." This St. Louis summit is the second of Ron’s seminar series this year. He has already conducted an Internet Marketing Summit in Chicago late this summer and will be visiting Atlanta, Tampa, and Fort Lauderdale early next year. The objective of this series is to educate business owners on the latest trends, best practices, tips and techniques that can help them harness the full potential of the Internet.
