Corporate Law Center of Las Vegas, Nevada, Frankfurt, Germany, and Zurich, Switzerland proudly announces that Macaire K. Moran joined the firm as a corporate, franchise and securities attorney. 

Ms. Moran obtained her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she served as an law student extern for the Honorable James C. Mahan at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and for the United States Attorney’s Office Appellate Division.  She also spent a semester studying international law in Greece, Italy, and England. 

Prior to law school Ms. Moran lived in Chicago and managed money for hedge funds and high net worth individuals. 

Ms. Moran will utilize her international finance experience and legal background to facilitate private companies wishing to become public to comply with securities regulations and list shares in the public markets, both internationally and in the United States.
