Specific experience in franchise consulting or knowledge of franchising is not required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, innovative, an effective problem solver who possesses strong interpersonal skills and, above all, enjoys helping others realize their dreams of business ownership.
With The Entrepreneur's Source, training is an ongoing process, not an event. Learning starts during the pre-training phase with your TES coach. It continues at the E-Source Academy. There you'll learn how to be a consultant and how to create our exclusive "Possibilities Profile" for your clients. You'll take part in interactive activities. And you'll get in-depth knowledge and practice of the entire process, from first contact to placement. Then you'll spend the next several months on our unique "Jump Start" coaching program. Our national and regional support offices help you grow throughout your career, with one-on-one coaching, tele-coaching, live training sessions and our national conferences.
