Financial Benefits Offered to Honorably Discharged Veterans Who Wish to Open a Franchise![]() Posted on March 12, 2008 by Bill Dube A recent article in USA Today’s Money Section described a program that provides financial benefits to honorably discharged veterans who wish to open a franchise. The program, Veterans’ Transition Franchise Initiative (VetFran) is a collaboration of the International Franchise Association (IFA), The United States Department of Veteran Affairs, The Small Business Association (SBA), and the Veterans Corp.
