Former Viking Systems Executive Appointed To Concerto Networks Franchise Executive Team![]() Posted on June 07, 2007 by Concerto Networks, Inc. Appoints Gregory Decker to COO and CFO SAN DIEGO, CA — Concerto Networks, Inc., a multi-national franchise company that provides complete business technology solutions for small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced today they have appointed Gregory Decker to Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His ultimate responsibility is for strategic, operational and financial planning and execution leading to the expansion of Concerto Networks. “I am excited to be joining such an innovative and fast growing team,” said Decker, “I look forward to the opportunity to be a part of their expansion.” Mr. Decker brings over twenty five years of senior operations and executive finance experience with both Fortune 500 and development-stage companies to his new post. Prior to joining Concerto Networks, Mr. Decker spent the last year as CFO of Viking Systems, Inc., a publicly-traded medical appliance device company, where he successfully completed several complex financings. Prior to Viking Systems, he spent five years as the CFO of Sensoria Corporation, a developer of mobile wireless mesh-networking software and hardware. Prior to his work with Sensoria, Mr. Decker served as Senior Vice President and CFO of NeoPoint, Inc., a developer of wireless “Smartphones” and Internet services. Other positions Mr. Decker has held include Finance Director for Qualcomm’s 1 billion dollar Consumer Products Division, and Controller and International Finance Director for Ericsson Raynet, where he successfully managed all finance and accounting functions for the 60 million dollar Ericsson/Raychem joint venture. “We are fortunate to have Greg’s talent and background joining our team,” said Raymond Hivoral, Founder and CEO of Concerto Networks, “His extensive experience will be a tremendous asset to our home office and our network of franchise owners and valued partners.” Mr. Decker earned his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and his Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Pomona College where he majored in International Relations.
