ANN ARBOR, – The indoor, air-quality experts at DUCTZ added more muscle to their strong franchise sales team by appointing industry pro Steve Lajiness to development manager. “Steve spent the last five years as regional service manager for Molly Maid so he is well schooled in our franchisee-focused approach to growing the business,” said Rob Goggins, vice president of franchise development. “I know our brokers will find his infectious enthusiasm, his nimble people skills and his detailed product knowledge another measurable example of our commitment to forging durable selling relationships.” Steve worked directly with Molly Maid franchisees for the last five years offering P & L guidance and operations support. Prior to joining Service Brands, Steve spent ten years with several franchise systems in the quick-service category. “I’m excited about the DUCTZ franchise. It’s a great concept with a lot of territory to develop,” said Lajiness. “The idea of placing people in a business that will help their customers live healthier, more productive lives is very appealing.” Steve earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and Sociology degree from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan. He and wife Kim manage a household that includes a daughter age 16, and a seven-year-old son.
