Homes & Land Reports Mid Year Franchise Growth

Buyers’ Market Represents Greater Seller/Ad Sales Opportunity for Franchisees

Tallahassee, FL – Homes & Land today announced the signing of 15 new franchises through the first half of 2007. The company also facilitated eight ownership changes of existing franchise operations.  While the company’s presence spans North America, the new publishing agreements represent its continued expansion in 14 states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia.  Additionally, Homes & Land’s Canadian operation signed six new franchises and facilitated two ownership changes through second quarter.  These combined new publishing agreements will service thousands of new communities and add to the brand’s existing 65 million magazines and website.
